An Evening of Verse Illuminated
The village will glow under lantern light for theTwilight Poetry by Lantern Light Walk.
This year The Unearthed Project is our theme ( Sunday 4 May) and starts at 5 pm at the Barn of the Dromedary Hotel.
Experienced local and indigenous poets weave stories of culture and heritage through varied poetic forms during a lantern-lit walk through the village and surrounds of Central Tilba on twilight.
The enchanting includes the village walk, the works of a young people’s poetic competition and concludes with The Unearthed Stage in the Barn, where more local poets share insights and glimpses of layers wanting to be unearthed. Cost $20 per person.
